I tried this recipe from a magazine which is different from the regular Gobi manchurian,Gobi Kurma etc...
Onions-2 chopped finely
Tomatoes-4 chopped finely
Garlic-ginger paste-1 tbsp
Pepper powder-1 to 2tsp
Curry leaves-a few
Clean cauliflower and cut into small flowerettes
In a kadai heat oil and saute onions well
Add turmeric powder and cauliflower and saute in low flame
Then add garlic-ginger paste,chilly powder,coriander powder,tomatoes,salt and saute well
Close and cook in low flame until done,add water as required
Finally add the pepper powder,sauf powder and curry leaves and serve hot
It is a good combo for any kind of rotis,fried rice.
This recipe needs only regular ingredients we use and also easy and quick to make.
