HOT RICE PUFFS

Pori as is called in Tamil is made for Karthigai Deepam here in Tamil Nadu.Later it has become famous here with the entry of Bhel Puri.This again is a recipe of my friend M..... from POTLUCK SPECIAL

Ingredients
Puffed rice-4 cups
Onion chopped-2
Boiled potatoes chopped-2
Cucumber-1/2 chopped
Chilli powder-1/2tsp
Lime(juice)-1
Coriander leaves-3tbsp chopped
Oil-few tsps
Salt-to taste

Method
In a bowl add the lime juice,salt,chilli powder and the chopped ingredients,mix well
Add the oil and rice puffs and mix thoroughly
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately or it would become soggy
Variation can be done by adding boiled green peas and finely cut coconut pieces
