Idli is the staple food for many especially in South India but there are many children who dislike it.This dish is mainly for those who hate idlis which is easy to make also
Ingredients
Mini idlis/regular cut to pieces-2 cups
Onions-2 sliced
Tomatoes-2 sliced
Capsicum-1 sliced
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Jeera powder-1/2tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Soya sauce-1-2tsp
Tomato sauce-1tsp
Chilli sauce-as required
Salt-as required
Oil-for seasoning
Method
Deep fry the idlis or roast them in MW
Heat oil saute onions,tomatoes and capsicum one my one
Add all the masala powders,salt and the sauces
Finally add the fried idlis and mix well
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
An ideal evening snack for children and also can be served as starters for parties
