Many of us use double beans for either making sundal or gravy.I tried this curry which can be served as side dish for rice as well as rotis

Double beans-1 cup
Ginger-garlic paste-1tsp
Chilly powder-1tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2tsp
Salt-to taste

For Seasoning
Mustard-1 tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Oil-as required
Coriander leaves-as required

Soak double beans overnight and cook till done.Do not over cook
Cut onions,tomato and capsicum
Heat oil and season the ingredients with ginger-garlic paste
Add onions,saute till done and to it add tomatoes,capsicum and all the powders except garam masala
Saute well and add the cooked double beans and garam masala and keep covered for a while
Serve garnished with coriander leaves
