PANEER CURRY

Paneer is liked by everyone in any form.In my house too children are very found of paneer, but a very seasonal liking for the way it is prepared. At present this recipe is a hit.I will have to make this until they say 'change'.I make it as a gravy for fried rice and as a curry for rotis.

INGREDIENTS
Paneer-250gms
Onions-4
Tomatoes-3
Ginger- a piece
Garlic-6 cloves
Red chilly-3
Cinnamon-1 piece
Cloves-2
Cardamon-2
Oil-as required
Butter-1tsp
Chilly powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Pav masala/channa masala-1 tsp
Coriander leaves-for garnishing

METHOD
Pour oil in a kadai, add the chilly and other spices
Add chopped onions,tomatoes,ginger,garlic and saute
Add all the masala powders and further saute well
Cool and grind to paste
Cut paneer to cubes, either fry it or can be used raw
Again take oil and saute the ground masala along with paneer in low flame till oil seperates
Garnish with butter and coriander leaves
Serve with rotis
