CURD MINI IDLI


All of us are familiar with curd vada,chaat etc,try this curd idli the kids who don't like idli too will relish it.We can use leftover idlis too
I just came across Siri's FROZEN YOGURT EVENT while blog hopping and so this post goes to the event and Iam sure it's going to be the last entry for her

Ingredients
Curd-as required
Mini idly/cut idly-1cup
Salt-to taste



To grind
Grated coconut-1/4cup
Green chilly-2
Ginger-a small piece

To Season
Mustard-1/4 tsp
Urad dal-1/4 tsp
Asafoetida-a pinch
Curry leaves-a few
Oil-for seasoning
Cashews-a few(optional)
Coriander leaves-a few




Method
Grind coconut,green chilly and ginger
Mix with curd and add salt
Season the curd mixture
Soak the idlis in the curd mixture fully
Garnish with corander leaves/grated carrots/boondi and serve chilled
This is an excellent dish for kids party
