CASHEW BURFI WITHOUT GHEE

All of you must be surprised by the title,yes we can make the burfi without even a drop of ghee but still have the vibrant taste of cashew.A very simple way to make too

Ingredients
Cashews-100gms
Sugar-100gms
Water-1/4 cup

Method
Dry grind the cashew,just give one second spin in the mixie in regular intervals so that the cashews are powdered
Do not run continuously as it would become like a paste
Take a heavy bottomed kadai/non-stick and add water and sugar to it
Once the sugar syrup starts to boil add the ground cashews and keep stirring till it leaves the sides of the kadai
Pour over a lined plate and allow to cool
Cut into desired shape
The taste is exactly like the ones we buy from the sweet shops
