Rasam is an inevitable everyday menu in South Indian homes. There are many types of rasam made but Puli saru is a unique one because of its taste. Are you lazy to cook and want to really relax or have an unexpected guest this rasam comes handy. My mom used to make this in a giffy so we nick-named it as Maya Rasam.
