SOYA LOLLIPOPS

Soya is being hailed as nutritious all over the world today.But many of them are still not accepting its taste.This recipe can be served as a starter for your party or an evening snack for your children

Ingredients
Soya chunks-20
Chana dal-1cup
Small onions-6
Green chilly-3
Grated coconut-2tbsp
Chilly powder-1tsp
Garam masala-1/2tsp
Coriander leaves-a little chopped
Ginger-a piece
Garlic-5 clovesBread slice-3
Lime juice-1tbsp
Salt-as required
Oil-for frying

Method
Soak chana dal for an hour,add salt ,cook and drain
Put soya chunks in boiling water for 5 min and squeeze it without water
Wash the chunks in cold water twice and squeeze it well
Grind it coarsely
In a teaspoon of oil saute small onions,chilly,grated coconut,ginger,garlic, coriander leaves,chilly powder
Add cooked chana dal,soya,salt,bread slices,lime juice and saute well
Grind all the ingredients
Make small balls out of it and deep fry
Prick in tooth picks in each ball
Serve hot with tomato sauce
