Many of us buy sprouts when it can be made very easily at home.Sprouts are very healthy for children but they usually refuse to eat them.Make sprouts as required and refrigrate them.Add 1 or 2 tsps of them in whatever dishes we make either raw or cooked.Try this it would work.
Soak the green moong for 4 to 5 hrs.
Wash and drain the water.
Put them in a casserole overnight.
Wow!you will have wonderful sprouts the next day.
The same method can be followed for ragi seeds,horse gram.
