To make potato chips crisper ~~ For making potato chips at home,use the yellow variety,which are better for making chips.After washing and peeling potatoes cut them into chips..Remove from water and sprinkle some cornflour on them before frying you will get crisper chips.Follow same procedure for french fries or potato fingers

Thatz a great tip,Renuka.I use Maida/all puprpose flour, for the same.I will certainly go for cornflour next.
