Kadhabam in Tamil means a combination of two or more things.This chutney is such a combination.I usually make this with the leftover ingredients but the taste would be excellent
Ingredients
Onions-1
Coconut-1/4 cup
Tomato-1
Coriander leaves-1/2 cup
Curry leaves-1/4 cup
Mint leaves-a few
Tamarind-a little
Salt-to taste
To season
Mustard-1 tsp
Urad dal-1tsp
Asafoetida-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves-a few
Method
Cut onions and tomatoes and saute all the ingredients in oil well and allow to cool
Grind all to paste and season with the ingredients
Serve with idly/dosa/chapathi/puri
