
Ingredients
Pear-2 cups diced
Cucumber-1 peeled,deseededand diced
Chilli-1/2 finely diced
Tomatoes-3 chopped
Capsicum-1 diced
Fresh ginger-1tsp chopped
Mint leaves-2tbsp chopped
Sugar-2tsp
Lime juice-1tbsp
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss well.Refrigerate for an hour and serve
