CURD IDLI

All of us are familiar with curd vada,chaat etc,try this curd idli the kids who don't like idli too will relish it.I've always made with leftovers so I do not have exact measurements

Ingredients
Grated coconut
Green chilly
Cashews
Coriander leaves
Curd
Small idly/cut idly
Salt

To Season
Mustard
Urad dal
Asafoetida
Curry leaves
Oil

Method
Grind the above ingredients
Mix with curd with salt
Season the curd mixture
Soak the idli for few minutes in the curd
Garnish with grated carrots/boondi and serve
