A very tasty evening snack for an hungry kid
Ingredients
Onions-2 cubed
Green Beans-a few cubed
Carrot-2 cubed
Capsicum-1 cubed
Cauliflower-1 small
To Grind
Urad dal-1 cup soak for 20 min
Green chillies-4
Salt-to taste
Oil-to fry
Method
Grind the urad dal with chillies,salt to idli batter consistency
Mix in the cut vegetables to the batter
Deep fry as pakodas
Serve with sauce or coriander chutney
