Paneer is all time favourate for both adults and kids.This can be served as starters or an monsoon evening munchie with a hot cup of tea.Try it....
Ingredients
Paneer-250gms
Coriander leaves-1/2 cup
Mint leaves-1/2 cup
Garlic-2 cloves
Green chillies-2
Lime juice-2tsp
Sugar-1 tsp
Flour-2tbsp
Cooking soda-a pinch
Oil-4tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Grind coriander,mint leaves,garlic,chillies,salt and sugar
Add lime juice and keep aside
Cut paneer into flat square pieces
Make horizontal slits and sandwich the chutney in between two paneer slices
Make a thin,smooth batter with flour,salt ,water and cooking soda
Dip the sandwiched paneer to just coat,then pan fry them in oil
Serve hot plain or with tomato sauce
