When we buy cauliflower or cabbage
always look for a heavy cauliflower or cabbage as the compactness leaves no space for insects to hide.To remove insects you should separate the florets and soak them in warm salted water for an hour.

Yep,I do that..everytime.In India, we do run the risk of worms among the flowerettes!..
